Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hopp, a travel-planning app operated by Z8Z Labs LLP (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Hopp, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. What Hopp does

Hopp helps you organise trips by collecting flights, stays, reservations and plans into one place, including by extracting details from emails you forward and screenshots you add, and by surfacing live flight status and place suggestions.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content

You own the trips, bookings, notes and images you add (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you and the people you invite to a trip. You’re responsible for having the right to share anything you add.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Hopp for anything unlawful, or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don’t forward content into Hopp that you don’t have the right to process.

5. Travel information & AI: important

Flight status, place details and AI-extracted booking details are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Always confirm travel-critical details (times, gates, terminals, reservations) with the airline, provider, or your original confirmation. Hopp is not a travel agent and does not make bookings on your behalf.

6. Hopp First & subscriptions

Hopp offers an optional premium tier, Hopp First, which unlocks additional features. Hopp First is an auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or an annual plan. The price of each plan is shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play listing before you confirm your purchase, in your local currency.

Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage your subscription, see its renewal date, or turn off auto-renew at any time in your account settings with the store you bought it from. On iOS this is Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and we do not provide refunds for the unused part of a current period except where required by law or under the store's own refund policy. Deleting the Hopp app does not cancel your subscription.

Free trials. Where we offer a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, any unused part of that trial is forfeited. Trials are limited to one per user and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies from your next renewal, and the store will notify you and seek your consent where its rules require. If you do not agree, you can turn off auto-renew before the renewal date.

Purchases and billing are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details, and that store's own terms apply alongside these Terms. We may change what Hopp First includes; we will tell you about material changes.

7. Availability & changes

We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance. We’ll try to avoid disruption but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimers

Hopp is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z8Z Labs LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on travel information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Hopp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
